A LITTLE SPACE TO FOCUS

One task.
One quiet moment.

A free focus timer for reading, studying, writing, or getting started. No sign-up. No ads. Just a little structure for your time.

Your focus timer

Keep this tab open. Reloading or closing it resets your timer and session count. Nothing is saved or sent to a server.

SMALL STEPS, LESS FRICTION

How to use it

  1. Choose one task and clear away distractions.
  2. Start a focus session. Try 25 minutes, or choose a length that suits you.
  3. When the session ends, select Break and start it. Stretch, rest your eyes, or get some water.
  4. Return for another focus session when you're ready. After several rounds, consider a longer rest.

Sessions never start automatically. You decide when to continue. The remaining time also appears in the browser tab title while the timer runs.

Browsers may delay updates in background tabs or while your device sleeps. The timer catches up when the page runs again, but it isn't an alarm: keep an eye on it for time-sensitive tasks.

This tool takes inspiration from the Pomodoro Technique, which alternates focused work with breaks. It's an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by its creator.
